Malaca Vetus
This extra virgin olive oil is extracted from ripe olives. It has a very subtle aroma that highlights the ripe undertones and is particularly sweet on the palate.
Malaca is our tribute to the time when thousands of amphorae of olive oil from the olive groves of Malaga and all of Andalusia crossed the "Mare Nostrum" to supply the Roman Empire. This extra virgin olive oil, made from particularly good olives from Andalusia is a true tribute to the past, merging with the tastes of today.

Tasting notes for Malaca
Fruity and very delicate in aroma. Slightly herbal with dominant notes of ripe apple and banana. Particularly sweet and soft in the mouth with an aftertaste of ripe fruit and almonds.
